January 365
So I have successfully completed one whole month of my photo a day project. I thought that it would be pretty easy to take just one photograph each day - of course I knew there would be days where I would struggle, and that was part of the reason that I took on this challenge, but I have to admit that it has been a lot harder than I imagined. Not only have I had to combat a lack of creativity on various days, but I have also had to tackle a lack of motivation, tiredness and the problem of finding something different to take a photograph of each day! I have found myself saying on more than one occassion “that will do” when what I really want to be saying is “ooooh, I have lots of ideas today, which should I choose?”! On the whole, I think for the first month I’ve done ok, but there is definately room for improvement.
Ironically, my favourite photo from January was the first one that I took! But looking at the photos all together just reminds me why I am determined to keep this up - each photo brings back a memory from that particular day, something I did, something I saw, or even the mindset that I was in on that day.
Lets see what February brings.
